With continued development and growth throughout our events department we are currently in the process of opening up 5 stores in the run up to Christmas to expand our reach on face-to-face sales with our clientele.

Job description

We are looking for Seasonal Retail Managers to join our team from October to December helping us deliver the best possible retail experience for our customers in the Metrocentre. As the manager of the store, it will be your role, working under the events manager, to assure the store meets targets and is run according to COVID and company guidelines.

Job Role.

· Retail Sales

· Provide Excellent Customer Service experience

· Ensure professional Image for Store at all times

· Stock management and product replenishment

· Coordination of Staff Rota

· Staff Management including training provision

· Cash Handling and banking

· Help recruit & coordinate sales assistants for store

· Produce sales reports for events

Skills Required.

· Retail experience essential

· Customer Service experience essential

· Strong IT skills

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Right attitude / willingness to go the extra mile

· Ability to manage and work well with others

· Ability to think and plan ahead

· Availability and willingness to work evenings and weekend (as and when required)

· Well presented

This role will offer training and support to learn our unique stock control system and will offer.

Wage: £10 - £12 per hour (experience dependant)
