ABOUT THIS POSITION
Title: Senior Sales Advisor
Full or Part Time: Full time
Hours per Week: 40
To lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets by providing outstanding customer service, developing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train sales associates to improve performance and customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, recommending products, and resolving complaints.
- Sales Performance: Track sales metrics, analyse performance data, and report insights to management.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with merchandising and visual standards.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store maintains a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.
- Compliance: Adhere to and uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Qualifications and Skills Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior advisory role.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and motivating a sales team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to build customer relationships and resolve issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other sales management software.
- Work Environment and Compensation Work Hours: 40 Hours per week, over 5 days including weekends and late closing times.
