Step into a world of wonder where the magic of Christmas comes to life through our interactive, immersive projection experience - come along and party with the elves to all the Christmas classics.

The Santa Meet & Greet, you meet the big man himself and if you'll even get an early Christmas present.

What to expect
Once inside our enchanting grotto, your children will be greeted by Father Christmas himself. Your little one will also receive a wrapped gift to take home.
Make sure to arrive at the beginning of your slot or after you’ve visited Winter Wonderscape and join the queue to meet Father Christmas. Please be aware that your ticket allows a 1 hour time slot, waiting times can be up to an hour from the time indicated on your ticket but trust us he’ll be worth the wait.

FAQ
Can I change/cancel my booking? – It is possible to change your booking if the request is made via email 72 hours before your session. The email address is bookings@mania-events.com. We regrettably are not able to provide any refunds.
How much do tickets cost? – For the Winter Wonderscape, Mon - Thurs Adult and Children - £5.50. Fri - Sun Adult and Children - £6.75. Meet Father Christmas Wed - Sun Children £3.00. Please note, accompanying adults (max two per child) do not need to have a ticket for the Meet Father Christmas experience. This does not include a 40p booking fee
Do you accept walk-ins? - Walk-in tickets are available to purchase on the day, via card only payments, however tickets are subject to availability. To guarantee a slot and avoid disappointment it’s best to pre-book.
When should I arrive? - Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session. We cannot guarantee entrance to late arrivals, whilst we’ll do our best to accommodate another session that is subject to availability. We will not refund late arrivals to avoid disappointment please arrive in plenty of time for your booked time slot.
Do I need to go to both experiences? – No, but we do recommend going to both!
Just select the day & time slot and choose Winter Wonderscape, Meet Father Christmas or both. If you would like to go to both, please book these for the same time slot, as you can then attend the experiences consecutively.What is the minimum age? - There is no minimum age, although we ask all children to be accompanied by a responsible adult. (NB we are happy for unaccompanied children to enter who are of secondary school age).
What does the time slot on your ticket for Meet Father Christmas mean? - The time slot indicates the time you need to join the queue for our Meet Father Christmas experience. Our elves will then try and get you in as quickly as possible but there may be a need to queue.
The booking page will only let me book one ticket - It’s likely the session you’re trying to book only has one available ticket left. Try a different time slot.
Is the event wheelchair accessible? - Yes.
Is the event suitable if I have sensory challenges? - Please be aware that the Winter Wonderscape experience uses a combination of sound and light projection which may be overly stimulating for those with sensory challenges. Customers who are sensitive to light or sound should wear appropriate protection or speak to a member of staff before visiting.
Tickets are showing as unavailable. How do I book? - Please choose a different day or time slot. Please note that Meet Father Christmas only runs from Wednesday - Sunday.
Is there a SEND Session? - Yes. Our 11:00 Winter Wonderscape session every Wednesday will have a reduced capacity and quieter music.
