You can have your Amazon parcels delivered direct to Metrocentre so they are ready for you to collect on a date / time that is convenient for you.

What is an Amazon Locker?

Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up and return your Amazon.co.uk parcels. Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select a Locker location and pickup your parcel at a time that suits you.

How does it work?

When you buy off Amazon you can select an Amazon Locker as the delivery address by selecting the “click and collect” option. To select the Metrocentre locker you need to add ‘Amazon Hub Locker – Bandito’ to your Amazon address book, or click this link www.amazon.co.uk/addbandito

When the package is delivered Amazon sends an email notification with a pick-up code, address and opening time for the locker you’ve selected.

The Metrocentre Amazon Lockers are accessible when the centre is open: Mon – Fri 9am – 9pm, Sat 9am – 7pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm. Bank Holidays 9am – 6pm. The centre is closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

How do I find the Amazon Locker at Metrocentre?

You’ll find the Amazon Locker Bandito in the upper blue mall opposite Greggs in the Public Transport Interchange.
