Metrocentre Security
Metrocentre has a security team who operate at the centre 24hrs a day / 365 days a year to ensure you have a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
We also work alongside Northumbria Police who have a dedicated on site police team at the centre.
As part of our ongoing training all of our team undertake annual See Check and Notify (SCaN) training with Counter Terrorism Police North East as well as Action Counters Terrorism Awareness.
If you have any issues or concerns during your visit please speak to one of our friendly team who will be able to assist.
