Customer Experience Specialist at TESLA
As a Customer Experience Specialist, Sales at Tesla, you will be the face of the brand — engaging potential customers, capturing leads and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth while delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
You’ll work closely with the wider sales and delivery team, demonstrating a one-team mentality to achieve shared targets. A passion for accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy is essential.
What will your duties be as a Customer Experience Specialist?
• Proactively engage with customers in-store and at events to identify and capture potential leads
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through active interaction and accurate data capture
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, handling objections and promoting the test drive experience
• Execute effective lead generation strategies during events to maximise conversion opportunities
• Accurately manage and maintain customer data within CRM systems
• Present vehicles and energy products confidently, clearly communicating the value proposition
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes and performance
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude that reflects Tesla’s brand values
What are we looking for in you?
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Strong knowledge of Tesla products, including vehicles and energy solutions
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• A full UK driving licence held for 2 years or more
• A genuine passion for Tesla’s mission and sustainable innovation
