About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate (Key Holder) to support the management team and help drive the store’s success. In this role, you’ll motivate the team to achieve targets, maintain a high standard of customer service, and ensure the store operates efficiently and safely.

Who You Are

  • Experience supervising a team in a retail environment.
  • Strong background in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury setting.
  • A confident leader with the ability to guide and coach others.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Thrives under pressure and leads by example.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a premium, tailored customer service experience.
  • Acting as a role model, inspiring and guiding the team with integrity and warmth.
  • Driving sales by monitoring KPIs and leading by example.
  • Supporting the store leadership team in communicating business goals.
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Ensuring smooth store operations and assisting with team development.
  • Delivering team briefs and contributing to store meetings.
