We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fragrance Sales Assistant to join our luxury retail team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, offering personalised fragrance consultations and sharing expert product knowledge with clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide tailored fragrance recommendations based on customer preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service to create a memorable luxury experience
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain product displays and ensure the store remains immaculate
Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand storytelling Support stock management and daily store operations
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in fragrances and luxury products
Well-presented with a professional attitude Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends
