Rowen Homes is seeking a Seasonal Sales & Design Consultant to join our luxury homeware retail store at the Metrocentre over the festive period. We are dedicated to creating a fun and supportive work environment where everyone can reach their full potential. If you're highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate about helping customers create their dream home, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver a welcoming, engaging customer experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Maintain the visual presentation of our store to reflect our brand's high standards.
  • Ensure our products are regularly replenished and beautifully displayed.
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs and aspirations.
  • Handle cash in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues, contributing positive energy to the team.
  • Handle deliveries and manage stock control as needed.
  • Keep stockrooms organised and accessible.
  • Adapt to changing retail demands with resourcefulness and versatility.
  • Uphold health and safety procedures in the workplace.

What You Will Need:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • A passion for home and interior design.
  • A positive, engaged attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A competitive nature, driven to achieve and help your team succeed.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends.
