Mindful Living began from a deeply personal search for calm and balance. In a time of anxiety, I turned to alternative holistic remedies and discovered a simple, beautiful tool — the crystal thumb worry stone. That small moment of connection sparked something much greater: a curiosity for how natural materials, energy, and mindfulness can bring peace into daily life.
With a background in retail, I began curating a thoughtful range of holistic gifting products — items that carried meaning, beauty, and intention. These weren’t the typical things found on the high street; they were pieces designed to comfort, inspire, and ground people through life’s ups and downs.
As the business grew through our pop-up stores, I realised that true authenticity comes from creation, not just curation. So I began designing and sourcing our own bespoke collections — crafted with care, using genuine gemstones and mindful materials.
Today, our collection includes Premium Wellness Gift Boxes, Handbound Smudge Sets, Crystal Water Bottles, Indoor Water Features, Gemstone Carvings and Tumblestones, Handmade Genuine Gemstone Jewellery, and Aromatherapy Oils and Diffusers. Each piece is created to inspire calm and connection through thoughtful design and natural energy.
