Description: To assist the store manager in the day to day running of the store and achieving store targets.
Including,
- Open/close procedures
- Till work and cash processing
- Training and coaching the team
- Merchandising to company guidelines
- Delivery processing and maintaining stockroom standards.
- Rota planning
- Experience at management level is essential
