Description:
As an Assistant Manager (ASM), you will act as an inspirational role model, supervising and motivating team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and location performance targets and KPIs. Your role will involve supporting the management team, driving excellent customer service, and ensuring the team operates with a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Support the management team in implementing action plans to reach short- and long-term goals.
  • Coach, develop, and train team members to continuously improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and company policies.
  • Monitor competitors and local market trends, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
  • Passion for leading, motivating, and training team members through active supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in networking and building relationships.
