About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending products
- Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and stock levels
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing duties

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (training provided)
