Working closely and training/coaching the team to ensure targets are met scheduling and staff planning to budgets
Open/close procedures, and cash handling
Day to day running of the store in the managers absence
Reporting to the area manager
Good knowledge of KPI reports needed
Flexibility of shifts needed
Can gain more hours
