Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join the team. In this role, you’ll support customers throughout their optical journey while helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming kiosk environment. Full training will be provided.
What will your duties be as an Optical Assistant?
• Assist customers in choosing suitable frames
• Provide a welcoming and helpful customer service experience
• Keep the kiosk clean, tidy and well presented at all times
• Organise and maintain the frames display
• Prepare and make glasses, with full training provided
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the system
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the kiosk
