ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are a privately owned confectionery retailer based in the Metro Centre with a high volume of customers, and we are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee operations in our shops. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years retail experience, preferably at a managerial level with significant stock control experience.
We have a great team of both full time and part time staff, happy serving our customers, checking stock deliveries or cleaning shelves. We would love to employ someone to help enable the staff to reach their full potential. as well as developing our Stock Control system and performing general managerial duties. The successful candidate would be expected to work flexible hours, including some weekends and have a hands on approach; a prerequisite for a family business.
