Retail Sales Assistant at Grape Tree
Description:
We’re looking for confident and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join the team at Grape Tree in the Metrocentre. In this role, you’ll represent the brand in-store while delivering excellent customer service and helping maintain a clean, well-stocked and welcoming environment for customers.
What will your duties be as a Retail Sales Assistant?
• Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the till in line with company procedures and manager instructions
• Ensure shelves are well stocked, faced up and presented neatly
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety throughout the store
• Work with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day running of the store
• Follow company policies and report any breaches where necessary
• Help create a positive store experience that encourages customers to return
What are we looking for in you?
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service (experience in food retail is desirable)
• Good cash handling skills
• Organised and practical with a willingness to get stuck in
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work across the store’s trading hours (Monday to Sunday)
