Description:
We’re looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join the team at THOMAS SABO, Metrocentre. This is a fixed-term contract role running until 18th January 2026, with a start date of June 2025.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be a key part of the in-store team – acting as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping clients find jewellery pieces that truly express who they are. Whether you're chatting with customers on the shop floor or hitting personal KPIs, you'll play a vital role in the store’s ongoing success.

About the Role:
– £12.30 hourly rate
– Estimated annual OTE on top of basic: £2,769.76 (pro-rata)
– Commission earned on every item sold
– Various shifts available (evening and weekend flexibility preferred)
– Based in Metrocentre, Gateshead
– Fixed-term contract until 18th January 2026

About You:
– A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
– Proven retail sales experience, ideally within a premium or luxury setting
– Driven by achieving targets and delivering outstanding client care
– A collaborative team player, with the flexibility to work across nearby stores if needed
– Passionate about jewellery and representing the THOMAS SABO brand
