We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the Reiss team at our Newcastle Metro store. At Reiss, we’re proud of our commitment to sustainability, quality and timeless design, and our retail teams play a key role in delivering an elevated and memorable shopping experience.
What will your duties be as a Sales Associate?
• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range
• Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their needs
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador on the shop floor
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management
• Support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals
• Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced retail team

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail environment
