Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional experience by helping customers find the perfect products and assisting with their purchases.
  • Brand Bra Experience: Offer expert fitting advice, guiding customers on the best size and styles for their needs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Own the merchandising and presentation of products to enhance the shopping experience, using training provided.
  • Store Standards: Maintain high standards throughout the store, manage stock replenishment, assist with deliveries, and support loss prevention and health & safety procedures.

  • Passion for Retail: You thrive in retail, front or back of house, and love creating a unique experience for each customer.
