Description: 

As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.
  • Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.
  • Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.
  • Handle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.
  • Support operations for loss prevention and stock management.
  • Utilize business systems and latest technology effectively.
  • Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

Your profile: 

  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
  • Willingness to constantly learn & develop
  • High cultural knowledge & awareness
  • Proactive and positive attitude
