Description:
As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.
- Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.
- Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Handle transactions, complaints, and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.
- Support operations for loss prevention and stock management.
- Utilize business systems and latest technology effectively.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
Your profile:
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Proactive and positive attitude
