Hours per Week: 5 out of 7 days

This position is available for our showroom in Gateshead. The role is full time/ part time roles, including working bank holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Utilise strong communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.
- Maintain a high level of phone and face to face etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Ensure the maintenance of a clean and organised sales environment.
- Maintain the showroom with the movement of immediate delivery stock.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is not required
