Are you passionate about home interiors and eager to help customers bring their dream spaces to life? Rowen Homes, a luxury homeware brand, is looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join us at our exciting concept store on a seasonal basis.

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in our team. If you’re someone who is driven, genuine, and loves delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

What you are going to do:

  • Deliver a smiley, engaging customer experience that makes a lasting impression
  • Ensure the visual presentation of our store is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times, representing our brand and merchandising guidelines.
  • Make sure all of our glam goods are regularly replenished
  • Assist customers to find products that meets their needs, dreams and aspirations
  • Handle cash in line with the company policy / process
  • Build and maintain amazing relationships with your store colleagues and add positive energy to the store team
  • Handle deliveries and stock control as requested
  • Assist in ensuring all stockrooms are maintained to a high standard with all stock accessible and treated with respect
  • Be resourceful and versatile in response to changing demands of the retail
  • Comply with and uphold health and safety procedures and guidance in the workplace

What you are going to need:

  • Previous sales experience
  • A home/interior design interest
  • Be a positive, highly engaged and motivated individual who has a passion for delighting their customers through delivering exceptional service every time
  • Thrive on achieving, have a competitive nature, enjoy that your individual contribution means your team succeed
  • Be driven, resilient, have excellent time keeping and take pride in your work
  • Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to our customers
  • Good observation skills with an eye for detail, exceptional organisational and problem solving skills
  • A can do attitude, drive to succeed and enjoy learning and developing
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
