Supervisor / Senior Stylist
Full or Part Time: Full time
Hours per Week: 24-37
We’re looking for a confident and organised Supervisor to support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest store standards.
You will lead by example on the shop floor leading customer 1-to-1 styling, support the styling team, and help ensure every appointment runs smoothly and professionally.
Key focus areas:
- Delivering outstanding, above-and-beyond customer service during 1-to-1 styling appointments and processing sales for other stylists
- Supporting daily sales targets and KPIs
- Helping manage shop-floor flow during busy periods
- Maintaining organisation, accuracy and presentation standards
- Supporting appointments, collections and customer enquiries
- Reinforcing company policies, payment plan processes and terms
- Promoting a positive, respectful and motivated team environment
- Placing orders directly with suppliers and receiving deliveries accurately
- Escalating issues appropriately to management
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Experienced in retail or sales (supervisory experience preferred)
✔ Confident, proactive and calm under pressure
✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Professional in handling customer concerns
✔ Supportive of team morale and able to manage minor conflicts appropriately
✔ Fully flexible for Metrocentre trading hours (including evenings & weekends)
