Supervisor / Senior Stylist
Hours per Week: 30 (including evenings and weekends)
Description:
We’re looking for a confident and organised Supervisor / Senior Stylist to support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high store standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example on the shop floor, delivering 1-to-1 styling appointments and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What will your duties be as a Supervisor / Senior Stylist?
• Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service through 1-to-1 styling appointments
• Support sales by processing transactions for both your own and other stylists’ appointments
• Assist in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs
• Help manage shop floor flow during busy periods
• Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy and store presentation
• Support appointments, collections and customer enquiries
• Reinforce company policies, including payment plans and processes
• Promote a positive, respectful and motivated team environment
• Place orders with suppliers and manage deliveries accurately
• Escalate any issues to management where appropriate
What are we looking for in you?
• Experience in retail or sales (supervisory experience preferred)
• A confident, proactive and calm approach under pressure
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and confident when handling customer concerns
• Ability to support team morale and manage minor conflicts effectively
• A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
