Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Purpose of the Role:
As a Supervisor, you will act as an inspirational role model, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service. Working closely with the management team, you will support the implementation of strategies to meet both short- and long-term targets while fostering a customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement action plans with the management team to achieve business goals.
- Coach, develop, and train team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset to build lasting relationships and a loyal customer base.
- Ensure company tools are utilised effectively and policies/procedures are followed.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights with the Area Manager and retail team.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
- Passion for leading, motivating, and training team members through active supervision.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the brand and market.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and grow.
