The Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Association (FHTA) will be holding an event in the Community Hub during 23rd - 24th September 2024.
This event is to mark organ donation week, raise awareness and promote organ donation and the FHLTA charity.
We will be sharing information on how we support the Freeman Hospital transplant community and answer any questions around organ donation or the new Max and Kiera's Law opt out system please come along to have a chat.
