What is Yeep!?

Yeep! is a carrier-neutral parcel locker network designed to make sending, collecting and returning parcels simpler.

Located in places people already visit, our battery and solar-powered lockers bring parcel services together in convenient locations, giving you a secure and efficient way to manage deliveries and returns around your day.

How does it work?

When shopping online or arranging a return, select the Yeep! Locker 3708 where available.

Once your parcel has arrived, your chosen carrier partner will send you a notification with collection instructions. Simply visit the locker, follow the steps provided and collect your parcel.

Returning or sending a parcel is just as straightforward. Instructions and updates will be provided by your chosen carrier partner, with the Yeep! locker acting as the secure collection and drop-off point.

The Metrocentre Yeep! Locker is accessible when the centre is open: Mon – Fri 9am – 9pm, Sat 9am – 7pm and Sunday 11am – 5pm. Bank Holidays 9am – 6pm. The centre is closed Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
