BSL users can easily connect to the SignLive app to communicate with a qualified BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the message to a member of our teams via video or phone call, providing real-time assistance. This service helps with store directories, opening times, gift card purchases, Shopmobility hire, and more.
Two Ways to Connect:
- Video Relay Service (VRS): Contact Metrocentre remotely using the SignLive app. An interpreter will relay your message to a staff member over the phone.
- Video Remote Interpreter (VRI): For face-to-face communication within the centre, connect to an interpreter via video call. This allows instant translation between you and Metrocentre staff in real-time.
