Store Supervisor/ In-Charge

Full or Part Time: Full time

Hours per Week: 40

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Be polite and courteous to customers and manage their complaints with extra care.
  • Collect customer data and provide to direct manager on monthly basis.
  • Follow the six selling steps related to
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service
  • Follow and maintain premium brand reputation followed with satisfied closing deal process.
  • Provide appropriate after-sales service to all customers.
  • Provide feedback to Line Manager about customer needs.
  • Ensure you keep all promises made to customers.
  • End sales are in a way to retain customers.
  • Manage high standard of hygiene

Sales Management:

  • Motivate teams to achieve their individual and store targets, and plan sales achievement as per daily, weekly, and monthly given targets.
  • To track your daily outstanding target and plan the achievement for outstanding target.
  • To have maximum efforts to serve maximum number of customers, with premium customers approach.
  • Achieve Sales Liquidation Target, followed with upselling sales skills.
  • Promote & present all running promotions activities as targeted sales objectives.

Stock Efficiency:

  • Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to store standards
  • Update all the new arrivals, pricing…etc.
  • Assist in accurate stock count and keep track of all the stock.
  • Manage the product with utmost care, along with the POS (Point of Sale) sales transaction entry
  • Stock Replenishment Management.

Product Knowledge & Shop Display:

  • Be aware of product and the brands managed.
  • Communicate products features, advantages, and benefits to all customers.
  • Understand and follow brand guidelines.
  • Decorate shop display, design POS materials as per promotions running.

Shops Administration:

  • Follow all the policies and procedures tightly.
  • Ensure safety, security and cleanliness of store is given high importance.
  • Manage POS system confidently.
  • Manage cash properly.
  • Implement store checklist daily to ensure retail atmosphere is excellent as per standards.

Mandatory and Preferred Qualifications Required:

  • Mandatory: High School qualifications
  • Preferred: Key Knowledge & Skills required: ·
  • Basic product knowledge with good merchandising skills is required.
  • Should we be able to sell the right product to the right customers?
  • Must be trustworthy.
  • Good Collaborator
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Customer service skills
  • You should pay attention to details.
  • Sales Skills
  • Should have POS / Computer skills.

Experience required:

  • At least 6 months’ experience in the sales field in Retail Industry

Working Relationship:

  • We should have close coordination with Shop in Charges and manage the external customers.
