We’re now looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our Gateshead Metrocentre store. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role, working across five days with full flexibility required from Monday to Sunday.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for presenting our collections in a stylish, commercial, and inspiring way, always in line with Mango’s brand standards — helping to maximise sales and create an exceptional shopping experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the store image is consistently attractive, commercial, and on-brand
- Apply and maintain Mango’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Carry out floor moves and visual updates quickly and efficiently
- Optimise selling space using analytical tools to maximise profitability
- Monitor sales and performance indicators, adapting visual strategies to drive results
- Stay aware of customer profiles, product performance, and competitor activity
- Ensure the right product mix and replenishment levels are maintained
- Communicate effectively with the team about new collections, visual updates, and stock needs
- Report regularly to management and assist with specific store duties when required
About you:
- Results-driven and sales-oriented with strong visual merchandising experience in fashion retail
- Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering an inspiring brand experience
- Strong communicator who thrives both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
