Created to celebrate 40 years at Metrocentre. As both Collectables and Metrocentre mark their 40th anniversaries, we’re returning to our roots with a fresh take on the retail barrows that began our story.
Bringing together gifts, jewellery, home fragrance and collectables, Barrow 17 offers an ever-changing selection of products to discover, whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, a treat for yourself, or something a little different.
The Collectables name grew from a simple idea: look after our customers and give them a reason to keep coming back. Collectables products were part of that thinking, with new discoveries encouraging customers to return time and again.
Four decades later, products and shopping may have changed, but our philosophy hasn’t. Great products, new discoveries, and friendly customer service remain at the heart of Collectables.
Barrow 17 celebrates where we started, in Lower Green Mall, 40 years ago, in the same spot in this fabulous Metrocentre.
