Retail Sales Assistant at GIOIA London
Pay: Competitive salary plus performance-based sales commission
Gioia LDN is looking for confident and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join our jewellery retail team at the Metrocentre, Gateshead.
Our collection includes contemporary rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and jewellery gift sets.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for people who:
- Enjoy meeting and engaging with customers
- Communicate confidently and naturally
- Can understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
- Are confident presenting jewellery and closing sales
- Are well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable and honest
- Are passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Have retail or sales experience, although full training will be provided
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming and engaging with customers
- Presenting Gioia LDN jewellery and recommending suitable products
- Converting customer enquiries into sales
- Processing purchases accurately
- Maintaining a clean, attractive and well-stocked retail space
- Monitoring stock and reporting any discrepancies
- Representing Gioia LDN professionally at all times
