In the last couple of years our growth has been remarkable. Since 2022 we've welcomed over 35 new brands including flagship stores for the likes of Sports Direct, Everlast Gyms, Go Outdoors and many more. Over 40 of our existing brands have invested in their Metrocentre stores and refurbished or extended including ZARA, Primark, JD, FLANNELS, Victoria's Secret amongst others. COMING SOON TO METROCENTRE
Newcastle United will open a flagship store, offering a comprehensive selection of official NUFC merchandise featuring their new official kit sponsor, adidas. The store will feature the full football-inspired range, including sports books, memorabilia, retro shirts, and unique gifts. This store will be the go-to destination for all things Newcastle United.
Greggs will introduce a new larger unit in time for the busiest period of the year. The new opening will complement their existing shops in Red Mall and Blue Mall, in addition to being more than double the size of their current largest shop in Yellow Mall. The new shop opening will feature a modern design with capacity for 89 seats, providing a comfortable space for customers to enjoy Greggs’ freshly prepared favourites.
Fashion retailer Reiss will open a store at the Gateshead shopping centre's red mall in mid-November. The store will stock menswear, womenswear, and accessories.
NOW OPEN AT METROCENTRE
KIKO Milano’s largest store in the North East is now open in Lower Red Mall. The store will feature an extensive range of makeup, skincare, suncare, and haircare products, along with personalised beauty consultation services.
The hardest part is choosing what to eat at German Doner Kebab. Whether it's their O.G. Kebab, a box on the go, or something completely different from their doner 2.0 menu. Located in Lower Yellow Mall, there's something for everyone

The Community Diagnostic Centre in the Metrocentre offers patients different checks, scans and tests outside the main hospital. They provide quick appointments at convenient times, including evenings and weekends. Please be advised the NHS Diagnostics Centre is a referral only service.

Jack Jones has relocated to upper Red Mall, and both Clarks and Victoria’s Secret have shifted to lower Green Mall.
