Queue Guidance for Swatch Launch

Swatch are launching the Swatch x Audemars Piguet collaboration on Saturday 16th May at Metrocentre in Lower Green Mall.

This is a Swatch event - any queries please speak to the store.

Please see below guidance on access to Swatch for their launch.

  • Access to queue for the Swatch event will be granted via the Green Mall entrance from 8am.
  • Customers attempting to gain access via other entrances before 8am will be directed externally to the Green Mall entrance.
  • The Green Car Park will open from 7.30am.
  • The Swatch store will open at 9am.
  • Please follow guidance from the Metrocentre and Swatch teams at all times.
  • Queuing will operate on a first come, first served basis.
  • There will be a managed queuing system in place outside the store.
  • Customers are kindly asked not to queue or camp overnight anywhere on the premises.
