Even if the shops are closed, Metrocentre has everything you need to kick off the New Year! A number of our restaurants and leisure venues will be open on New Year’s Day, ready to help you make the most of the bank holiday. Whether you’re in the mood for a delicious meal, or an exciting activity, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Activate
Activate in Lower Yellow Mall will trade 12pm to 7pm on New Years Day.
Treetop Golf
Treetop Golf, located in the Qube will trade 9am till 7pm.
Everlast Gyms
Everlast Gyms will remain open between 8am till 8pm.
Located in Upper Red Mall, please access the gym via Level 5 Multi-Storey.
Namco Funscape
Namco located in Lower Yellow Mall will remain open from 11am to 7pm on New Years Day.
Upside Down House
Upside Down House located outside Yellow Mall will trade 12pm to 5pm.
German Doner Kebab
German Doner Kebab, located in Lower Yellow Mall will trade 10am till 10pm.
Frankie & Benny's
Frankie & Benny's in Upper Yellow Mall will trade 11am to 6pm on New Years Day.
Nando's
Nando's located in Upper Yellow Mall will trade 11am to 8pm on New Years Day.
McDonalds
McDonalds in Lower Yellow Mall will trade 11am to 7pm on New Years Day.
Street Taste
Street Taste will trade 11am to 7pm on New Year's Day
Access to Metrocentre on New Year’s Day
Please note that access to Metrocentre will be limited on New Year’s Day. Visitors can enter the centre via Yellow Mall and the Public Transport Interchange only.
For those visiting Everlast Gyms, access is available through Level 5 of the Red Multi-Storey car park. Please note that Level 3 access will not be available. Visitors should use the Yellow Mall entrance.
The nearest entrance for our Leisure and Dining facilities is also via the Yellow Mall Car Park, including its Multi-Storey levels.
